We all need a good dose of Vitamin C and this smoothie does just that, and some!! It’s deliciously refreshing and oh-so-yummy!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 3 oranges, peel removed
- 3 kiwi, peel removed
- 1 handful goji berries
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 handful raw almonds
- 1/2 large head of kale
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. To learn more about how I create smoothies visit My Smoothie Approach.









Mmm…looks really good! I made a juice of apples, pears, carrots, oranges and lemon this morning…maybe I’ll try this smoothie tomorrow:)

I’ll have to pick up goji berries (I still haven’t done that yet)… But it looks amazing, and it looks to have a protein punch. Maybe I’ll do it this week!!
I only started using goji berries a few months ago – not sure why it took me so long – I absolutely love them and they are oh-so-nutricious
