A wonderfully flavourful smoothie that is sure to please.
Ingredients:
Makes about 2 litres
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups raspberries (I used frozen)
- 1 banana
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 handful raw almonds
- 1 handful goji berries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 big handfuls spinach
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. To learn more about how I create smoothies visit My Smoothie Approach.
