I hope you enjoy!!
I haven’t dared try the FULL GREEN MONTE YET. Maybe I need to get my butt in gear! xx
You go girl!! You’ll love it…. lemon is the key to cut the “green” and adding an apple or pear will also help. I find it’s amazing how much “cleaner” it feels with the green smoothies… you’ll get addicted for sure! xox
Hi Catherine,
I found your blog through your recipe on Kris C.’s blog. I am so happy I did! I kinda got stuck in a rut with my diet (vegan, sometimes raw) and your recipes are so inspiring. Your 12-day Clean (er) Eating Program is just what I need right now. Thank you!!
So excited you find me through Kris Carr, isn’t she amazing? I hear you about the stuck with vegan/raw… I go through that every now and then as well. That’s great the 12-day will help you, I’d love to hear how it goes… hugs, Catherine xox
can you use frozen spinach for this smoothie??
Hi there – I’ve never used frozen spinach myself, but I’m sure it would work. Myself, I think fresh is always better but sometimes you just have to use what you have on hand to get green goodness

What a lovely smoothy: green, green, green & tasty too!
Thanks Sophie
