Ok, so I just wanted a little something different and made this quick and easy snack. This almond butter and banana snack is so easy to make and it’s guaranteed to hit the spot each and every time! A definite keeper 🙂
- 1 large chard leaf
- 1 Banana
- 1-2 tbsp raw almond butter
Spread almond butter on the chard leaf, add banana (leave whole or slice) and roll up leaf, et voila a nice raw vegan snack, breakfast treat or lunch.
What could be more simple than that? 🙂
