For those who LOVE pudding, this Cacao-Avocado Pudding is dairy free, refined sugar-free and because of that it’s SUPER nutritious and healthy. You will definitely want to try this! You’d never guess it’s made with avocado or that it’s raw vegan! Shhhh… don’t tell the family until after they are finished! 😉 They will LOVE it’s creamy cacao yummy-ness!
Ingredients – Cacao-Avocado Pudding
- 4 avocados
- 1 cup almond milk or cashew milk
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 cup Cocoa Camino Cocoa Powder or carob powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
Add almond milk to high-speed blender or you can use a food processor although you may need to run longer to get smoothie texture. Slice avocados and add to blender, mix with almond milk. Add honey, mix. Add cacao and cinnamon & mix until smooth. Pour into 8 dishes and chill before serving. Top with a few fresh raspberries and even a sprig of mint! Enjoy!
