Easy Peasy Salad ~ I was hungry (HUNGRY) and created this easy-peasy salad in less than 5 minutes! It really hit the spot.
Easy Peasy Salad
- 1 head romaine, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4-5 spring onions, chopped
- 2 clementine oranges, peeled and separated
- a few drops toasted sesame oil
- TIP: Add 1/2 cup black beans if you are extra hungry
Add all ingredients to a salad bowl, toss and serve.
