Ok, so when I create an oh-so-simple smoothie like this orange goji berry smoothie, a part of me thinks it’s way too simple to share BUT I do love to share and perhaps you will enjoy this even though it is pretty basic? 😉
This smoothie is super refreshing and provides a good dose of Vitamin C! Perfect to help ward off all the winter cold/flu that are hovering around these days 😉
Orange Goji Berry Smoothie – Ingredients:
Makes 1 litre
- 2 cups water
- 2 oranges, peel removed
- handful goji berries
- 2 big handfuls spinach
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
I drink the full batch myself for breakfast, but you can split into 2 servings, share with loved one or enjoy the 2nd portion for a morning or afternoon snack.
