This pineapple mango salsa is super yummy! It’s great as a snack, used within a wrap or sandwich or just eat it plain 🙂
- 1/4 pineapple chopped in small cubes
- 1 large mango, chopped into small cubes
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 1 green pepper, chopped into small cubes
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Mix all ingredients together. You can certainly serve right away, but if I have time I also like to let it sit for a while (1/2 hr minimum) to allow the flavours to shine!
This salsa is yummy with my Multi-seed Crackers or my regular Flaxseed Crackers. For a variety appetizer, create a mini combo plate and include Hummus, Guacamole, and Pineapple Mango Salsa with a plate of flax crackers!
