Ok the
This creation turned out extra smoothy & creamy and had a wonderful texture and flavour. Although I will say the flavour was not really what I expected, it was as if all the flavour blended so nothing stood out but instead it was a calm medley of creamy and smoothy!! Quite delicious
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. To learn more about how I create smoothies visit
Made a yummy smoothie for hubby this morning that is also one of my fav’s.
This is by far my most favourite dish in the whole wide world!! OK, sounds a little odd… but it really is delicious. Once again I listen to what my body craved and this magical wonder was created.
