Raspberry and Banana is one of my favourite combinations!! Add dates and vanilla and oh-my-lord I’m in heaven.
Ingredients:
Makes almost 2 litre (7 cups)
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 banana
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 head romaine, chopped
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed. Blend on high for a minute or two until smooth and frothy. To learn more about how I create smoothies visit My Smoothy Approach.


This was a new oh-so-delicious creation that I’m sure you will love. I love clementine’s at Christmas time so this smoothy was perfect Boxing Day breakfast that I enjoyed throughout the morning to kickoff my 12 days of clean(er) eating!!
