I’d love to walk you through an average day of the program. A Day in the Life of the 10-Day Body Reset DETOX program…
First off, let me say – there are 2 Phases to the 10-Day Detox.
In the 1st Phase, you’ll start with a powerful cleanse designed to give your body a break from the barrage of toxins you normally consume. After this 3-day detoxifying experience, you’ll feel better, look better, and experience more motivation and energy than you have in years.
Then during the 2nd Phase you’ll eat delicious, nutrient dense foods for 7-days to reset your metabolism and support your body as you continue to detoxify.

So let’s dive into a day in the life of Phase 2 of the 10-Day Body Reset DETOX program….
First, you’ll start each day with a glass of lemon water. Then, it’s breakfast! You’ll have already prepped your smoothie ingredients the night before, so it’s a snap to make your Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie (or perhaps you would prefer the Vanilla Maple Chia Pudding or Coco-no-Oat Granola?).
Many of the lunches will also be all set to go because you prepared a double batch of Creamy Tomato Soup or The Best Chili ever the weekend before. If you have a hankering for a snack during the day you can easily grab a Clean & Green Smoothie, or a few nuts or veggies with almond butter or hummus.
When you get home, dinner is already planned, easy-peasy, and no thinking required. There’s no stress, no wondering what to make and then realizing you have no groceries. You’ll be super organized and ready to whip up Sweet Potato Mac & Cheese or grilled Portabello Mushroom Sandwich. Oh and then to satisfy your sweet tooth you might enjoy some Chocolate Ice Cream or Cinnamon Bites for dessert. Ahhh…
As well, during the day, you’ll set aside time to love YOU! Perhaps a daily walk for 15-30 minutes, and in the evening set aside time for an evening wind down like journal writing or meditation, and the best part is to enjoy a soothing bath with epsom sals to calm the mind & body.
