A delicious cleansing smoothy that is good to have ANY and EVERY day!! You can rotate your greens, and when you have them on hand, add pea sprouts, sunflower sprouts or any other sprouts, for an extra nutritional boost.
(Yield: 2 litres)
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 3-4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 broccoli stems, chopped
- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 1 big handful sunflower sprouts
- 2 big handfuls kale
- 2 big handfuls spinach
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed and gradually increase speed. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. This batch made almost 2 litres.
