I’ve taken all that I’ve learned and experienced over the past decade, the best of breed from my personal experience & self-study together with my more recent raw food chef training & my Certification in Plant-based Nutrition and I’ve created these easy learning resources with videos, worksheets, checklists, recipes & more to help you embrace plant-based eating in minimal time with optimal results.

Free 1-on-1 Introductory Discovery Session
I offer a FREE 15-30 minute Discovery Session so you can determine if I’m the right person to guide & support you along your health & wellness journey.
During the discovery session I will take time to learn more about you, your concerns, your struggles, and how I can help you. You are also welcome to ask specific questions, or perhaps you want to use the time to ask questions about one of my online e-Learning programs so you can decide what approach is right for you.
1-on-1 Private Sessions
I offer private one-on-one sessions to guide & support you during your health & wellness journey. There are a variety of packages available depending on your situation. I offer a one-on-one package independent of any of my programs. I also offer VIP One-on-One sessions for my 7-Day Meal Plan, 10-Day DETOX & 21-Day RECHARGE that are used when you have enrolled for one of my online programs.
